Derek Salzburg is a small town boy with big city dreams. The 19 year old University of Tampa Student spent his summer days working at a movie theater because it was his last resort. He is a lover of fashion and writing so it makes sense his ideal job is to be a features writer for Gentlemen's Quarterly Magazine in New York City. Wearing a short sleeved, mint green button up with blue jeans and black Croc flip flops, Salzburg has knowledge of fashion because he “knows how to put things together well.” A fan of the “preppy” look, J Crew is his favorite store because it is where “simplicity meets relaxation and beach.” With big plans ahead of him, this Florida native will definitely have to prove himself, but anything is possible; he could turn out to be one of GQ's finest writers.
