Amber “Flame Blower” Flaim

Amber Flaim, a University of Tampa sophomore majoring in advertising and public relations, returns back to Tampa from her home in Fort Lee, New Jersey. Her summer in the Garden State she claimed to be uneventful, however after attending a one week bartending class from 9-5 many new job opportunities await her. In fact, for two weeks at home following her bartending certification she worked at her boyfriend’s parent’s bar and loved it. During her time working there Flaim even learned how to breathe fire! “I thought I was going to singe my face.” Flaim said. She is now eagerly looking for a bartending job here in Tampa now as well.

Flaim also looks forward to playing on her former adult league volleyball team in Tampa. “I originally came down to UT to play on the school’s volleyball team but I decided not to do it” she said. Instead Flaim looked online and researched teams outside the school because she really wanted to continue playing after graduating high school.
