Brett Favre sucks

The University of Tampa football team has been undefeated since 1975. Just kidding, University of Tampa has not even had a football team since then. The football team ran for a strong 42 years.  There was a 16-9 vote that the team had to be dropped because the school was in such major debt.  A whopping $755,000 dollars was loaned for the Spartans football team.
A former player for the Tampa Spartans said that, "Dropping football was one of the worst business decisions UT ever made. It was a hasty, poor decision based on miscalculated facts. We could have remained successful then, and we can be successful now. The most successful sport in Tampa Bay area is football." The school did not have much of a decision though because, they would have gone bankrupt if they continued.  University of Tampa does have other sports students can enjoy but some students find it annoying they cannot support a football team of their school.  So the real question is how do students get their football fix?
Junior, Ellie Eshleman replied, "Brett Favre sucks,"(hence she was wearing a Packers jersey).  More serious students said that on the weekends they wake up early, get ready and tailgate very hard at the Raymond James Stadium for the USF Bulls or the Buccaneers games.  Some students even have season tickets to the USF or Buccaneers games.  Senior, Sarah Buckner has not missed one single USF game in all of her three years at college!   Students do everything they can to watch football.
Surprisingly, Jesse Dobbie drives two hours to commute to Gainesville for the Gators games.  He has season tickets for them as well.  His football fix is also concentrated on the television. He said, "I probably watch every single football game on t.v." He was also watching ESPN when asked how he delights in football.  The students who said they did not go to games much did say they watch a lot of football on t.v.
Rob Harrison is a very huge football fan and enthusiastically exclaimed, "On the weekends, I wake up really early, meet up with my boys, get real pumped up and go to Frankies.  There is a lot of Philadelphia Eagles fans there too which is awesome.  We get five dollars pitchers, eat some good food and watch football all day." When students are not in their dorm rooms watching football, they are indulging in football at Frankies (which is very convenient since its UT's neighbor) or The Press Box on Dale Mabry.  Even though we do not have a football team, students do everything they can to indulge football.
